Collaboration of the Arts is an evening event that was launched on May 11, 2007, at the River Market in Little Rock, Arkansas. Sharon Hacker, also of Little Rock, is the coordinator of the event and the founder of Creative Ideas, a non-profit organization focused on making art available and accessible to all walks of life. She says, “It’s just a vision that I was given to reach our community through the arts.” The event features various artworks, poetry, sculptures, dancers, and musicians who come together to create a “collaboration of the arts” from a spiritual perspective. The mission of this project is to be a spiritual beacon to the city, state, nation, and world by establishing a setting for various artists to freely express their gifts and talents in unison.
